All products sold on scalesbyleo.com are handcrafted and fulfilled through trusted third party production partners. Handcrafted products may carry minor variations in texture, color depth and finish that are inherent to the nature of the material and the production process. These variations do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of each piece.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed in bad faith will be contested with full documentation including order confirmation, shipping records, tracking information, correspondence and supplier documentation.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, or from delays or failures in third party fulfillment or shipping. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
