REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of each Croc bag we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged or defective you must contact us at scalesbyleo.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the item and the damage. We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons: change of mind, buyer's remorse, color variation due to screen differences, minor texture variation between product photos and received item, dissatisfaction with the product after delivery, or shipping delays outside our control.
