SHIPPING POLICY

Each Leo bag is handcrafted from crocodile embossed leather and made to order. Because every bag is individually crafted and inspected before it ships our production and processing window is 10-14 business days.

Once your order has been crafted and shipped estimated delivery is 10-16 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is 30 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email at the address provided at checkout.

Scales by Leo fulfills orders through trusted third party production and logistics partners. Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner's facility it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, damage or delivery failures caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or any circumstances outside our direct control.

Purchasing Priority Insured Shipping provides additional coverage and priority handling at the time of fulfillment. However once the order is transferred to the carrier all transit timelines and outcomes are subject to the carrier's policies and conditions. Priority Insured Shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date and does not override carrier delays or customs holds. In the event of a confirmed lost shipment insured orders will be reviewed for resolution on a case by case basis.
